This Cleaning Service Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms under which Perfecto Cleaning Services provides cleaning services to you ("Customer"). It incorporates by reference our Booking Terms, Cleaning Scope & Limitations, Payment Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Damage Claims Policy, Liability Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Perfecto Cleaning Services may take photographs of cleaned areas solely for:
No personal information or identifiable belongings will be used in advertising without the customer’s separate written permission.
Perfecto Cleaning Services provides services throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia (Washington, D.C.).
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the cleaning services are performed:
Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in the jurisdiction where the services were performed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before initiating legal action. If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the Customer and Perfecto Cleaning Services and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements regarding the services provided.
No employee or representative may modify this Agreement unless the modification is made in writing and approved by an authorized representative of Perfecto Cleaning Services.
